whats the dif bettwen 2meg file n 27 meg?

Ok well i downloaded photo shop 4.0 off the net and it was only 2 megs zipped. Now with the added dsp alien skin and of corse eyecandy its only about 10 megs!!!! how is that???
could it be missing something? it seems to only be missing the help files.
well i have never used the 27 meg version so i wouldnt know.

can anyone answer this?
