I DESPERATELY need to know how to scan in black and white pen and ink art so i can color it "comic-book-style" with Photoshop's airbrush tools... ive tried it, scanning it in as black and white art, and the damned "add layer" thingie is greyed out...please keep in mind that i need to be able to layer the art and make the scan-in a layer....you see, i have to be able to airbrush on top of the black and white art and then change the order of the layers so the black pen strokes are ON TOP of the actual coloring (i also need to know how to make the "white" of the scan "clear" or "invisible" so it obviously doesnt cover up the bottom layer of computer-coloring...do you see what I mean?
PLEASE email me if you can help me with this, as it is going to give me a stroke if I can't figure it out :)
