If you ever lose track of plugin filters go to the plugin folder and select one filter anyone will do. Move this filter to a temp folder (make sure you move and don't just copy it!). Then go to the Windows directory and scan down the list till you find a file called "Photos30.PSP" do a shift + Delete and kill the file complelely. Go to the temp folder you put the filter in and move it back to the Photoshop plugin folder and start Photoshop. If all went will it will default to its new configuration and recognize all filters applied. Another thing, to bring photoshop back to its original configuration settings, you use the same method except above the .PSP file is one called "Photos30.ini" this is a configuration file select both files and kill them at the same time then restart Photoshop. Trust me it works.
