: I recently saved a file in Quark and it said that there was not enough room on the zip disk. After that my file has been messed up and now it won't even open. I get a message saying error-50. What can I do? I have run Norton Utilities trying to save the file, but without luck.
Jennifer-
We had the same problem here and all the kings horses and men couldn't fix the file. It had become corrupt and we had to start over. Did you make any headway? I stongly recommend baking a copy on your hard drive before saving it to a zip.
