: quark seems to set "filling" for four col printing in an illogical way - it will fill on piece of text (in this case red on white) but not an identical separate piece of text in the same area. this does not show up on the digiproof, only on the final 4color print. The result is erratic results with type: helvetica light appears to be roman, because filling has occured where it should not.
: quark in this case behaved as though it was printing red onto a darker color.
: totally illogical, expensive results.
: how can this be avoided without having to check every word individually to see what quark has come up with?
