Help please! QX 4.0 giving me problems!

I need the Xtension that shipped with QX 4.0, not all of them, just the following: the Index, The Quark CMSand the Pantone Open Color environment. For some strange reason they dont install and when i manually coy em they cause a stack dump when i load Xpress! Please help me! I use QuarkXpress 4.0.

Ill gladly go any where you could point me to that might help, but just not Quark. I have already been to there sight, there technica suppport (which is expensive and hard to get through) was absolutely no helpo! Im begging you!
