MAC to PC - newbie

I apologize if this is a repeat question - I couldn't get "search" to work.
I have a magazine that was done for me on MAC Quark Xpress. I own 3 PCs - no MACs- and would like to do my own maintenance on these files. What do I have to buy (other than QUARK for IBM) and/or do in order to use the MAC Quark files on a PC? Will I ever get the exact same results after I convert? All the MAC files are on a MAC-formatted CD and a MAC-formatted zip disk.
