Conversion For Dummies

Customer A has quark express for Mac and only knows how to use it at the basic level. Person B prints signs on PC using very basic software. Is there a simple converter I can give person B so she does not have to ask customer A to do anything special (like SAVE AS or EXPORT). I was thinking something along the lines of Graphics Workshop ease of use. Please let me know.
