I am sorry to write to you but,am having problems with my printer,it was working from the beginning,but now it does not seam to work,i have rang informatiom service,but they don't know where the problem is,they think that it is a commiuntion problem,iam getting the message saying that error LPT1 and also that it gives me eeror that there is not enough paper for the print,but there is been enough paper in the printer,sorry my printer is Hewlett Parkard deskjet 420,would be grateful for your help,if there is any information that you could give me,would be gratefully recieved
