Photoshop & Quark

I downloaded the 4.0 version demo of Quark. If I scan a color photograph into Adobe Photoshop and print it out, it comes out fine, but if I insert it into Quark 4.0, the dots do not hold. I am using an Epson Stylus 800 color printer.
